Another problem...

I first want to say, I was so wrong to dis the employees of Qwest, the grunts, I have no right, and its just bad karma. But big corps need to realize that without these people and without customers, they don't exist. I am not representing what I believe in, I am not living up to my own exceptions. So I'm sorry to all of those I offended, and in the mean time I am writing a letter to the executives to tell my story and let them in on how awful their company is to their employees and customers.
