I hate the company QWEST so much, that I started a blog- I told myself I would never start a blog- and then I noticed, that my blog can get seen by billions of people. That I can shed some light on a company that is full of empty promises, lies and the worst costumer service.
A peice of advice, DON'T BUNDLE- they take your money and then tell you- that you owe more, while promsing not to cut of your service, because it was their mistake- and then after a long day..... I come home to my service being cut OFF!
I forsee this company burning- going down in flames.
I would not buy stock in this company- I would run far- the other way- cause once they got your number, they will suck you dry- untill you get so fed up you write a stupid blog about it.
A blog- totally devoted to the PURE HATE I have for QWEST-
They lure you in with fancy bundle deals, then sign you up for packages-you didn't ask for- and when you ask them to fix it- they say they did, they even send confermations notes- heck I even got a promise that no service will be interupted-why? cause I pay my bill-on-time-every-time
Well, then I get a disconection notice- That made my day! I call to say- what the Hell-
And they ofcourse feed me the same line of bull shit they feed everyone, it was an error-oops my bad? Yeah- Your bad- so you pay.
Qwest should pay me to have their service, and then I will do what they did to me, take their money and not deliver!
You want to know the worst company out there- its QWEST
And during a time, when the economy is not doing so well- you FUCKED UP!
I don't care if anyone reads this, as long as it's out there. So maybe I can help someone one day, when they think, "Should I bundle with QWEST?" And this is their Mind-made up for them!
HELL NO!!!!

I work for Qwest. I agree with most of what you are saying. I dont agree with bad mouthing the employees. You are allowing big corp. to win. They want you to blame the employees. Then you are not looking at them. What you don't think about is they don't treat employees well. Most nights I come home so stressed and upset that I am sick all the time. I pray that I find another job and have been looking.We work there to feed our families like every one else. Just for the record I have never lied to anyone while working there. I think its a shame that you would wish such heart ache and hate on people who are just doing as told. Big business is getting bad. We need to stick together and fight against them not each other.
